- Payments your customers make online through our platform have a transaction fee of 3.9% + 10c. In-person sales are free. This is one of the lowest rates at-market, and covers our processing costs
- Each transaction has a $1.99 service fee that’s passed on to your clients
- If you purchase add-on services outside of our core offering, there’s a low, transparent subscription fee
The core heymate! package has no subscription fee, or credit card required. In-person sales your business makes through our platform are 100% fee-free. And based on our model, we don’t make money unless you make money. That’s our promise.
